Chris, Thank you so much for this episode. You did a job I could not do and I truly appreciate what law enforcement does. You are 100% right in calling out Christians who have no compassion with law officers. I do believe the two hardest jobs are police and pastoral. Both have much to deal with that those of us not called into these careers will probably never know. Thank you for your service.
Rich, Thank you for your support of Chris over the years and your encouragement through your humble attitude.
I appreciate both of you a lot. Follow both of you on Twitter an appreciate your encouragement and humor. We need more of what you guys do.

People demand and expect far too much from LE. That’s why it is an impossible job for anyone. My brother-in-law was an asst. police chief in the capitol of our Appalachian state and thankfully he took early retirement. He may never work again the job nearly ruined his personality. So I’m glad you retired too.

I am all for defunding the police but not how you’ll expect. Until unconstitutional laws are repealed it will remain an impossible job. I speak of the travesty of the drug war that has ruined millions of lives. Our ancestors were wise enough to end their version of Prohibition in 1933.
Today we have as many blacks in slavery as the South once did long ago. They’re in prison of course. And we have more folks in prison per capita than anyone else on Earth. Even more than China! How tragic.

Such wisdom doesn’t exist even among conservatives and Christians who act like Pharisees today by adding to God’s civil law. In 2000 years the Church never enacted Prohibition like we have.
This will lead to judgment unless we repent. And it will likely begin with the reformed Pharisees.
